My Story

Why should you listen to me?

My name is Desi, and I’m the founder of Dezy Fitness. I’ve built up my knowledge over the past few years and completed a Nutrition Diploma Level 5 from Brentwood Open Learning College. Additionally, I hold a qualification as a Personal Trainer.

I started exercising at home when COVID first happened, and for me, fitness helped me feel better during a time when I was going through a break up and things were hard mentally. That’s why, I always say that I exercise for the feeling it gives me, more than how it makes me look. I now incorporate fitness and exercise into my daily life because I genuinely believe it makes me a better, happier, and more confident person.

My goal is to help you create a happy and healthy relationship with fitness, where it doesn’t feel like a chore or something you absolutely dread. On the contrary, once you find what works for you, I’d love for you to enjoy it and want to do more of it, just like what happened to me.

I want you to feel like the best version of yourself! I have clients who went from having no confidence in the gym to fully showing up on the gym floor.
